From February 15 to March 14, the Lost Light Operation Team have banned 488 accounts that violated the fair environment of the game. These punished players’ avatars have been marked with a corresponding icon for you to check whether your report is successful.

The Lost Light Operation Team has ZERO-TOLERANCE for any hacking behavior and will keep implementing strict anti-hacking policies. Hacking of any kind is forbidden and the relevant account will be banned immediately.

Anti-hacking also requires a concerted effort by all of us. You are very encouraged to report the hacking behaviors in the game directly. You can find the way of in-game report in “Friends - Recent Matches - Report”. Other than that, the following link can also be used to report the hacking behavior:

When we receive a hacker report via the post-battle settlement reporting function, we will verify it and process it as soon as possible. After the procession, you will receive an in-game e-mail that contains the processing result. This e-mail will also attach supplies to compensate the players for their impacted game experience.
