[Combat Adjustments]

1. Adjusted the EXP mechanics of Passive Skills. Now it's easier to level them up.

2. Early game adjustments:

- Decreased the Marauder bot difficulty during the early game.

- Further optimized the matchmaking system to match novice players with opponents at similar skill levels.

3. Optimized the animation when toggling scopes in FPP Mode.

4. Fireflies can now inspect weapons while sprinting.
